The Devon and Cornwall Business Council and Devon County Council are currently undertaking a European project called ATLANT KIS, which aims to assess the state of the Knowledge Intensive Services (KIS) supply chain here in Devon and Cornwall.
They are particularly interested in three areas; ICT, R&D and Management Services. For example; ICT consultancy, Telecommunications, Prototyping & Design services, Intellectual Property management, Market research, Business consultancy, Business intelligence services etc.
