Plymouth City Council is currently supporting Factory Cooperage Creative Cluster Initiative in the process of an exciting new development to increase the amount of affordable studio space available to artists and makers in the Plymouth area and to create a visual arts hub for the region, which will transform Plymouth ’s cultural offer.
