Sarah – Jane completed her first degree at Oxford Brookes University where she studied Psychology and Music. She went on to complete an MA in TV Journalism. Having worked on a contract basis for key local media such as Carlton News and Bath Chronicle, Sarah- Jane then took her experience into the world of PR and Marketing working as a Project Manager. She decided to move into recruitment helping candidates start and progress their careers within the creative industry. In 2007 Sarah-Jane set up Rubyred Recruitment and since working in recruitment Sarah-Jane has successfully built a fantastic reputation in the Bristol area with clients in the creative and corporate sectors. In her spare time Sarah-Jane loves to compete in triathlons! Anna- Mari graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Psychology and Music. After Graduating Anna – Mari went straight into recruitment moving quickly to account manager recruiting within the customer service and administration field. She successfully account managed a large volume recruitment drive during the growth of one of the South West’s largest employers. Following on from this success, Anna-Mari established herself as a leading creative recruitment consultant.
