RSSWIN €10,000 IN THE PICTURING EUROPE COMPETITION
The European Commission is inviting audiovisual professionals and individuals to produce a video clip of maximum three minutes duration on the theme 'Picturing Europe', which should present an original vision of Europe based on EU archive material mixed with new or edited images. The clip should combine online archive material with user-generated content and express a personal vision of Europe. It should be able to captivate a wide audience via internet and/or mobile devices through its original, creative or aesthetic approach.
